When the Good Dr returns, he tightens up their crotchropes by tying a rope to their crotchropes and pulling them up and around the post behind them. Notice that they start going up on their tippy toes more and more. Their clamps are tied together with twine, before the Dr tightens their crotchrope yet once again. They are left to struggle, endure, whimper, and mmmpph. At the end of the clip they are both released. Their gags are kept in place and their legs and crotchropes are still intact. They are both placed on their hands and knees. This is where Part 5 ends.

He then pulls their tits free and connects their crotchropes over a wooden pulley. At first the brats relieve the pressure by stepping forward, but that freedom is taken away when he ties their ankles to the bottom of the post. Hair ties are added, before both brats are gagged with panties and clear tape. Dr Cupcakes tightens their crotchrope even more. More freedom of movement is taken away when he ties their hair back to the post as well. The bondage could be more strict, but he is enjoying the "dance" that is taking place as the brats squirm in their predicament. This is where Part 4 ends.

Accepting Customs for Zoey Ziptie
