This clip starts where Part 1 ended. The vigilante returns. He ties rope in riley's hair in 2 places. He then ties them off up high to the left and right. riley can't dip her knees anymore and she can't turn her head. He then continues adding more and more rope to her body. He stops once again. This time riley gets a pair of panties stuffed in her mouth from a whore captured earlier in the week. He wraps her head with microfoam to seal them in, then her goes around the pipe securing her head to it as well. He gets even more rope. He ties her elbows together. He then wraps rope around her arms and her entire body and the pipe. Her arms are then cinched to her body. Black tape is once again added to her gag making it even tighter! He then clamps her nipples with some very strong utility clamps. He walks away and leaves riley to endure the unforgiving bondage, gag, and clamps. After what seems like an eternity to riley, the Vigilante returns, but it's only to turn her. He wants a new view it seems. He leaves her again. riley has been standing on the pipe structure for a long time at this point and you can definitely tell, by the way her legs are quivering.
